MOVIE CLUB @ TRINITY
Do you love watching movies? Are you an armchair critic? How would you rate the last movie you saw on a scale of 1 – 10? Like to hash over the details? Pick apart the plot? Figure out what the hero coulda, shoulda done? Thought about what you would have done? Wondered if or how it related to your faith?
Then Trinity’s Movie Club is for you!
We meet on the 2nd Friday of each month, from September till June, at 7:30 p.m. in the Nursery. Watch the ‘featured’ movie at home or gather with your friends. A copy to borrow and a handy ‘viewing guide’ will be available through the office. Then come on out and join the fun.
The 20198-2020 line-up will have the usual variety that is sure to stimulate interest and provoke differing opinions. From The Hate U Give to The Secret Life of Bees, each of these movies is related to the theme of the racism. So bring your ideas or just bring yourself along to listen. Come each month or as you’re able or for a particular movie. There’s always a lively discussion.
The movies we have watched in the last few years are available to borrow from Trinity’s library for your own viewing pleasure. Be sure to mark Movie Club on your calendar!
