PRAYING WITH CHILDREN
We are holding a workshop for parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and anyone else who would like to strengthen their faith, and the faith of their children, through prayer.
Come and Explore with us! Two options:
Thursday, June 14th @ 7 p.m. - Adults Only
Saturday, June 16th from 10-noon - Adults and children.
On Saturday, there will be a concurrent children's program. The adults and children will join together later in the morning for a time of prayer together. The adult program offered Thursday is the same program offered on Saturday.

Church Picnic- Sunday, June 17th
Worship Leadership by our Church School children with support by clergy and leaders.
Worship will be outside on the church lawn by Murray Street. Bring your lawn chairs, plates, cutlery and food to share (potluck lunch). Coffee, tea, juice & cups will be provided.
Picnic lunch will follow worship.

Adult Reflection Group - First Sunday each month
Marcus Borg's book Speaking Christian: Why Christian Words have Lost their Meaning and Power.
First Sunday of every month at 9 a.m. in the Nursery (NOTE: September 4th - meeting will take place at 10:30 a.m. immediately following worship).
Movie Club - Oct. 7th 2011 to June 2012
The group chooses a movie to view. The DVD is past around during the month so everyone can watch the movie. Then, on the first Friday of the month, the group gathers to discuss the movie. Everyone is welcome. We'll gather at 7:30 p.m. on Fridays to share our ideas and discuss the movie.
