MARRIAGE POLICY
Our Sanctuary provides for a beautiful, picture-perfect wedding. We thank God for the love which has brought you together; we ask God’s blessing and guidance in your marriage as you make a life-long covenant with one another. The ministers and staff will be pleased to help you in every possible way. The organist will work with you regarding the music you choose.
Call the office to speak with a minister and book the church for your wedding. Wedding costs of $725 include the clergy, organist, sound technician, custodian and use of the sanctuary. The ministers are also available for off-site weddings.
Our beautiful Memory Hall is available for catered receptions. There is a sound system and the church policy supports the partaking of wine only.
Trinity Marriage Policy
In June 2007, Trinity established the following marriage policy, as is permitted in the United Church of Canada:
The resident ministers will conduct, or arrange to have conducted, marriage services for members and adherents, whether opposite gender couples or same gender couples.
The usual minister’s discretion regarding a couple’s readiness to marry, applies.
Wedding services for couples not affiliated with Trinity is at the discretion of the ministers.
